Because remnants come from previously cut slabs, they may include natural characteristics or minor imperfections such as fissures, pits, chips, scratches, resin-filled areas, or variations in color and pattern.
We will always do our best to plan the layout so these areas are cut around whenever possible. However, because remnants have limited size and shape, it isn't always possible to avoid every natural characteristic or existing imperfection while meeting the required dimensions of your countertop.
By choosing a remnant, you acknowledge that some of these natural features or minor imperfections may be present in the finished countertop and are considered a normal part of using remnant material, not a fabrication defect.
